Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a standard (non-custom) item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom Orders
Please note: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a custom order has been placed and produced, it is considered final sale.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at enhance111@outlook.com with your order number and details of the item. Once approved, you will be given return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
